Homes For Heroes With The Krabbenhoft Team
With the 9/11 Patriot Day's 15th anniversary upon us, it is important to remember why the Homes for Heroes real estate program exists. This program was created after the tragic events of 9/11 as a “Thank you” to the men and women who have given so much.
"Shortly after 9/11, Homes for Heroes, Inc. was established to give back to firefighters, law enforcement, military (active, reserves and veterans), healthcare workers and teachers for all they do; and Hero Rewards is our way to say, 'Thank you.'" -Homes for Heroes
Our office and agents support our nation’s heroes. With a team that is made up of paramedics, law enforcement, veterans and nurses, we value the importance of this program in our community and the value of thanking the heroes that make our community a better place. The Krabbenhoft Team of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties was recently awarded the honor of being in the top 2% of this nation-wide program.
Homes for Heroes® is a company that affiliates with real estate-related service providers who offer substantial rebates and discounts to the Heroes who serve our nation and its communities every day. Not only do we work with lenders and inspectors who join in our appreciation to our Heroes by offering discounts, but we in turn give back 25% of our commission to our Hero at closing, in addition to giving 5% to the Homes for Heroes Foundation. This program gives to Heroes in need, who are at risk for losing their home, or need help acquiring a home, throughout the nation.
