I have 25 years in the Armed Forces. Early in my career I was assigned to a Prime Beef team that went into areas and built up buildings with minimal resources. I became familiar with different types of foundations and building materials that I feel help me in the Real Estate world. I then became a Firefighter for several years and worked a few years in Logistics. My last position in the military was as a Recruiter for over ten years. I was able to attend the best selling and negotiating schools the Air Force had to offer. I feel the skills obtained help with negotiating your most expensive asset, and that is your house.
While working as a Firefighter, I had a taste of helping people and furthered my career as a Paramedic on the civilian side where I work part-time at Detroit Lakes EMS. My schooling has always lead me to law enforcement where I obtained a Bachelors degree and then a Masters Degree in Criminal Justice. I applied that to the civilian side and worked as a Part-time police officer for Frazee, MN for 6 years.
I have always had a passion for real estate. At a young age I started to buy, fix up, and sell houses. I enjoy looking at all houses from the inexpensive to the extravagant. I feel I can give some good insight to the "fixer uppers" and help negotiate the most exclusive deal in the FM Area.
I know when selling your house you want someone working very hard for you, and when you are buying a house you need to look at houses today. That is why I teamed up with a group of highly motivated individuals to help offer the best services possible to any clients we are working. We co-list our properties to double the exposure of your house and while you are looking for properties you have a team of Realtors' to better match your schedule to accommodate any showings at any time. This market is very fast and time is of the essence in several dealings with buyers and sellers.
